Hello once again. I do hope that you have enjoyed the web site.
As I said in the opening paragraph of the home page, please feel
free to send me your comments. This website is a living
breathing thing and it is only here for your growth and enjoyment.
The very first thing that I wish to tell you is how grateful I am that
you have taken the time to get to know us. I am going to use this
part of the web site to not only share with you what we are
currently teaching, lessons from the past, current information
from God’s prophets and teachers (as listed in the article, “What
is Word of Faith?” and regional and local ministers) but also
share with you the prophetic message for the Tahoe /Reno
/Sparks area.
JCF is a ministry that is covered through the bond of covenant
relationship. I am a Pastor, who has a Pastor (Larry Elder). My
Pastor has a Pastor over him. Accountability and covering are
biblical principles that can not be ignored.
I often explain it like this. When God looks down from heaven
and sees Jubilee, he sees us as part of the whole. From Kenneth
Copeland Ministries and those who are spiritually and financially
connected to them, through Larry Elder Ministries and those who
are spiritually and financially connected to them, God sees
Jubilee and all those individuals of the Church connected to both
of these ministries. As we grow and spread, the covering

It was at the annual Kenneth Copeland Ministers Convention, that
I first met Pastors Larry and Helen Elder. The way we met and
the preceding relationship that ensued is yet another testimony of
God's goodness to those who diligently seek him. Through their
wisdom, love and leadership, Jubilee is stronger and ready to
follow after Gods leading.
